Finished up a half page illustration and the cover for a magazine.. kept them in similar colors since they were both part of the same theme. The dots were added in photoshop.
Just a few more lines and the happy little dude will be complete... hey, a fast little hand grabs my arm and pulls me toward a different creation, he wants me to draw a duck, not a frog.
These scribbles were made with a "BIC" ball-point pen while I was scanning some structure for an illustration... needless to say, I scanned several sheets. I draw fast, but I'm not that fast, only sloppy.
This guy looks so much like a former neighbour, that it made me giggle when I made these crude marks with my sons crayons. Also made me think of some of the characters in Dick Tracy.
